Short version: the contracts are immutable software on a public chain, and you interact with them at your own risk.
The service
PonsLock provides a web interface to immutable smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. The website never takes custody of tokens; every lock, schedule and withdrawal is executed by the contracts, on-chain, under the control of your own wallet.
No custody, no reversal
Transactions on a public blockchain are irreversible. Locked tokens cannot be released before their unlock time by anyone, including the PonsLock team. Losing access to the wallet that owns a lock means losing access to that lock; nobody can recover it for you.
No warranties
The interface and the contracts are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Verify the contract source on Blockscout before interacting. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and tokens you lock or interact with may lose value.
Fees
Operations carry a flat fee in ETH, displayed before you confirm, plus normal network gas. Fees are not refundable once a transaction is mined.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the interface where doing so is unlawful, and you remain solely responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
